Care Matters Training and Development is a training company focused on the care industry.
Our expertise has been built through relevant and current practice experience and adapting to the ever-increasing demands from government legislation, external agencies, stakeholders and inspection bodies.
The requirement to record every aspect of your services, whether it is daily, weekly, or monthly audits, or the requirement to ensure all staff are compliant through their training, induction and competency, requires manpower and time to complete the needs of auditing and reporting.

Care Matters Training and Development can partner you in providing the training and consultation to continual improvement and consistency without the commitment of taking on on a full time training manager/co-ordinator.
