Set up Apprenticeships, Diplomas and NVQ’s. Liaise and work with Apprenticeship providers.

Implementation and training for managers to carry out Care Certificate course observations, discussions and supervisions.

Building positive relationships and working with external specialist training providers in subjects related to work with the elderly, such as Catheter/ Bowel care and maintenance, Pressure Care and Oral Care, Dementia.

Ensuring compliance to meet the CQC Key Lines of Enquiry, and the updated Inspection requirements, (due to come into effect April 2023), Regulations’ for Managers and Service Providers, and Fundamental Standards of Care
